****ed the Goose that Laid the Golden Egg

This once glorious institution has taken a serious nose dive!! I used to order lots of stuff which used to be delivered faithfully to my nearest Post Office. I enjoyed years of buying goods, stamps and even the Mandela Eggs which were limited edition, directly form SAPO. However, they started becoming very greedy. When goods arrive now they have a fixed and compulsory charge of R25 for each item received. This was a good source of income to them because many people I know used their services until they became greedy. They actually ****ed the goose that laid the golden egg. I stopped ordered goods online as it became too expensive and so too did most other people. This ****ed their business and instead of increasing their coffers they are now in trouble and closing down branches all over. I wish I could get back the old SAPO which was reliable and trustworthy.
