Eco park post office bad service and bad attitude from teller

I was at the Eco Park Post Office to renew my car lisence. When I collected my form to complete, I asked the lady behind the teller what is needed to renew my car lisence. Her response was to complete the form, to bring my ID and cash. When I had everything ready, I went to the post office. After standing in the queue for quite a long time, it was my turn to get helped. When I got infront, she told me that she cannot use my legal ID document which is stating my new current surname after being married for 2 and a half years. She said the system is not updated with my new surname and the only way she can help me is if I bring my old ID which reflects my ****en surname. Then she asked me the question why did the traffic department not update my details on the system. I would not know that as I am not working for the traffic department. But my marriage certificate and my ID are legall documentation. After being married for two and a half years, I do not carry my old ID with me anymore. I even offered her my marriage certificate which I could only find on my phone. She said she cannot accept it like that, which I do understand, but due to the fact that I was not originally informed to bring my marriage certificate with me I could not offer her anything else. She just through my form back at me and said its not her problem. I should go to an internet cafe and print it myself. I wanted to email the certificate to her, but her response was that they are offline. She was very unhelpful and extremely spiteful. It was a terrible experience. I went there beforehand to find out what I should have there when I come. And when I was enevtually there with what she has told me to bring with, she send me straight back without helping me. I do this type of admin in my lunch times due to the fact that the post office closes before I leave work in the afternoons. It was a great disappointment. Now I have to schedule time again from my corporate work in order to go stand in that queue again for something so small.
