Ebay package not delivered lost R1500 rand

I ordered specific part from ebay to be delivered at my office. It took over 4 weeks to clear customs then another 3 weeks to clear WITS post. They send it to bedfordview which promply sent it back to wits post. Then exercise repeated it self again. now it package is lost at wits post. Guess I will not use ebay and sa post office again.
