Early branch closure and staff/security guard attitude

I was at the post office in Kokstad on saturday the 23rdJuly 2022 to post my fast mail job applications as usual, knowing that the post office is almost always out of stock for A4 fast mail envelopes I went to buy envelopes then came back at 12:44 only to find the 1st door was closed already I waited for the security guard as the 2nd door where its written closing at 13:00 was still open, on his arrival at the door I asked are you closed already he told me yes we close at 12:45 on saturday but then I asked why because at the door where you are standing its written 13:00 and anyway even if you close at 12:45 I arrived here at 12:44 he said I have closed already and the cashiers inside needs to balance so that at 13:00 we are out of here. I said I can here you but can you please let the cashiers know that there is a customer by the door complaining that it is still early for closure whereas you have written that you close at 13:00, he proceeded to close the second door later on came back to let another customer out then closed, I waited thinking someone will come and attend me, but no one came I searched for their number did call them a person by the name of Nyami did pickup a call and at that time it was 12:55 and she said unfortunately the security guard did not tell them and they have already balanced their tills I must come back on monday, tried to explain that here in town I only came to do the postage and on monday to friday I don't have a chance to come to Kokstad.
