Durmail not sending parcel to local Post Office

Why is my parcel (II***7ZA) still sitting at Durmail hub since last week. What's the delay in sending this parcel through to the local post office. If you guys don't have fuel for your trucks let me know and I will be happy to collect my parcel from Durmail directly.
