Durmail hub bad service.

<p>I have bought some stuff online via bid or buy and used South African post office service to transport the goods. I haven't had any problem previously. This time I have been waiting for a month and my item hasn't come through. I tracked it and its stuck at durmail hub. I tried contacting them and there's no answer on the phone at all no matter how many times I call. This service is pathetic. Atleast answer the phones.i expect this service from a private courier service. Not such a big name as sapo. Is this the kind of service you guys want to give customers ? Is this the way you want to do business ? Catch a wake up. </p>
