Motor vehicle license at Pick n Pay Hyper by the sea. Now during lockdown I phoned to find out what was required and was told bring proof of address and fill the form. Do to my age and being asthmatic I wrote a letter giving my nephew permission to purchase my license with proof of address, copy of ID, . The lady wrote on my form in bold letters Orignal ID. And did not allow my nephew to purchase my license. Now this is irritating as I called and was given incorrect information. I am from Ballito and this was the closest. Now who will I get to purchase my license. During lockdown with all documents why did this lady make it difficult????
