Don't use SA Post office

my package is cleared by customs and the delivery to my local post office failed on 20 Aug, it is now 10 Sept and no re-delivery was attempted. My emails don't get answered nor do they answer their phones. The people at my local post office want a local tracking nr, but i can't get it because nobody is answering the damn phones.
