Don't use Post Office for vehicle license renewal

I was so excited to be able to do this online but it's been 14 days with no way to contact them except the Contact Us form on the web that sends an automated message. Lost R1,100 and will now have to repeat the process at a physical location. Shouldn't be surprised that an organisation that can't deliver parcels can't handle electronic transactions.
