DONT USE BURGERSFORT POST OFFICE

i am in my depts now with Burgersfort Post Office and dont know what to do anymore. for the last 4 weeks i have been trying to collect my parcels that is at the post office but unfortunately we can not go there as the Que is extremely long. i phoned this morning and the lady that helped me said that its best to come after the 15th of each month as then its very quite. got there and its so busy, when i told them that i want to collect my parcel they keep on telling me to sit in a Que that even sit to outside of the building. this morning again was there and yet again they cant help me i need to sit in the line. how does this work if i may ask as my parcel will be send back and then i will keep the Post Office responsible for my products been send back including all the postage covers.

i have send an email to the complaint email that is provided online but as per yet i have not received any feedback from the Post Office. could you kindly sort this problem out as one cant go on like this and we live around 15km away from the postoffice so its 30km per day that we driving and yet no one helps.

will it be better to get the local news paper out so that we can do a report on the poor service from the post office in Burgersfort. its no wonder that everyone is starting to use the steelpoort one as there you get a service and the workers is so friendly.

post office Burgersfort you only get short answers, last time i picked up a parcel they had no change and made me wait almost 45 min before they came back to me, so is it ok for them to sit and drink in the back while the customer is waiting in the front for change, but i guess not as its the tea time so we as customers has to sit and wait till they are done with tea break.

i urgently want a reply or to please organised for my parcel to go to the steelpoort branch as it will be a lot better. how do you even put only one worker there.
