Don't ever use the Post Office

I am waiting since 16 July 2018 for my insured parcel. Despite numerous emails, which remain unanswered and are simply ignored, I cannot get hold of the post office. I cannot even trace my parcel online as the tracking status stops on 16 July! What has become of this country since 1994!
