Don't use EMS

Parcel was shipped from Israel arrived South Africa (Cape Town Hub) 21st September 2014. Todate I have not received the parcel, I have wasted hours upon hours on the telephone - calls are just not answered and after waiting for 5 minutes it gets cut off. Hundreds of emails remain un answered and no one could be bothered to advise where my parcel is and why it is not being delivered. According to them it cleared Customs in Cape Town and arrived back at the JHB Hub on the Th of January! On the 21st of January it supposedly arrived at the JHB Hub but no one could be bothered to explain why it is not being delivered after 5 months of being held by the Post Office!!! It is just totally unbeliavable with the kind of total disregard to ones possessions which were entrusted against payment to EMS to be delivered within 4 to 7 working days!!! What does one do?!?!?!
