Domestic tracking numbers..

Why oh why does it take me weeks to get domestic tracking numbers?

Do you realise that your website and all electronic communication is garbage? Why even list that we can email you if you simply don't reply? Is it due to the current state of your technology? Understaffed?

Not even to mention the countless times of waiting for parcels to find out it has been lying in storage at the post office for days...Simply horrible, each time I hear that I have to follow up with SA post office my stomach starts aching..

Please give my someone's email that works there that can tell me yes or no when I ask for domestic tracking numbers or better yet get your website to do it...

So much of your complaints can be resolved if you just get your technology up to date.. why can private delivery companies get it right and the service of a nation cannot?

Your bad reputation and service is making it even more difficult for international couriers and vendors. How difficult can it be to perform a task correctly like countless other companies and people?

At least I can claim my money back on deliveries IF I GET BACK TO THEM IN TIME! And I cant due to your ****py service and customer support.
