Does anyone work at the Post Office??? no answer to phones or emails.

waiting for an international parcel since December 2018. have emailed customer services about 10 times, and not a single reply. called every single phone number available, and not a single one of the numbers get answered. how on earth is a person supposed to get information if no calls or e-mails are answered??????
