Document sitting in Durmail for two months

I have been waiting for a document that I need for my newborn son's passport application. The sender decided to use SA Post Office registered mail. The tracking number is RC***ZA . It arrived at Durmail on 5 March and according to the tracking site, is still there. There has been no update since 31 March. I contacted the email helpline, but got no response. The sender called the helpline but was unable to get any helpful information.

I am trying to get a replacement document issued, which might take months. When it is ready, I will insist on using FedEx or another private courier. Meanwhile, my son is stuck in a foreign country without documentation.
