Disservice - Randburg Post Office

I understand the SA Post Office has been on strike - fair and fine. Am deeply disappointed by the Randburg Post Office guys. I have been expecting my Unisa study material ( Post Office Ref RA ********** 55ZA) and have been receiving SMS's to come collect and the last one I received on 26/07/2018 saying my parcel has not been collected since 31/07/2018. I went again today ( this is the 4th time going, after receiving numerous SMS's) and the lady simply told me my parcel was not there yet she did not even bother checking. Am really confused and do not know where to turn to as am not getting any solid assistance. I urgently need my study material and would really appreciate some form of assistance and/or feedback.
