Dissapointing Service from the JHB International Mail Centre/ EMS Couriers

<p>I ordered a parcel from Australia in November 2016, its is now March and I have still not recieved this parcel. I have tried numerous time since January to get hold of JHB Mail Centre to release the parcel, the number just rings and rings until you eventually get cut off. I contacted the Post Office to see how else I can get through to them and they just said I need to keep trying the same number, and that "they will eventually answer" or otherwise I must just wait until they deliver it to my nearest POst Office and then I will recieve a notification to saying its waiting to be collected.</p> <p>The parcel arrived in the country in early December and I recieved the tracking number which indicates that it is just sitting at the Mail Centre. I have driven to the Mail Centre on 3 different occasions to try and speak to someone or locate my parcel with no luck, just to be told I have to wait for it to be delivered to my nearest Post Office.</p> <p>I just want to get my parcel I have been waiting four months for now. It should not have taklen this long. </p>
