Dissapointed and upset

I have had a parcel(tracking RU ********** 70GB) posted to me from the united kingdom on the 26th september 2017 ,it has still not received a south african tracking number, i have called the call centre and they have told me parcel has not arrived in the counrty, it is almost two months and they keep saying not in the country,surely it cannot take so long as it was posted via air mail and not by ship. Emailed customer service but I receive no response,poor service
