Disrespectful Branch Manager

Went in to renew my vehicle Licence at Randburg Square Post Office. Vehicle registration number was captured incorrectly and i realised this as i was walking out with someone elses licence disk. As the employee did not no how to proceed he approached his manager (Max)for assistance. From my position in the queue i could hear max shout at the employee. The employee then told me to pay the registration fee again. I then went to Max who was very rude, aggressive and attempted to intimidate me to act in his own aggressive fashion. He shouted at me and my girlfriend. He also demanded various forms of contact details even though he had my form with my contact details. He demanded to have my girlfriends number and proceeded to phone both our phones to check if we were lying.<br> <br> He was completely *********** of handing a situation such as this in a civilised fashion. I have no idea how a person who attempts to belittle customers and to intimidate them into disregarding an issue instead of trying to resolve it can be placed in a position where this forms a part of his job function. Mistakes happen and a good manager would have sorted the issue out internally from the start.
