Dispatch within 3 days - 6 months (and counting)

<p>Hi there</p> <p> </p> <p>I've been waiting for an international parcel that allegedly arrived at the Johannesburg hub on April 11th, 2016. I've waited patiently since then to see some movement on the tracking until the point I am at now!</p> <p> </p> <p>I've tried emailing the Post Office. I've tried calling the customer care. No answer. The parcel has been sitting there so long that the courier has taken the tracking facility for it down!</p> <p> </p> <p>I don't understand how a company that is trying to innovate can allow their core offering to become so useless!</p> <p> </p> <p>Please, can someone get in contact to let me know if the package (Tracking#:CP ********** 04HK) is still at the hub or if I've sponsored the item for some floor worker to take home.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Richard</p>
