Disorganized post service

I get 2 notifications for parcels that have arrived, I get to Rosettenville post office and they can’t find the parcels, after a long wait they find one and told me they would keep looking, this place is so disorganized, people are rude and seem like they don’t know what they doing. It’s now the 3rd lost parcel. We really have no hope
