Dismal 3rd world service

I have managed to avoid using the pathetic South African post office for nearly 4 years - the best 4 years of my life in terms of sending and recieving parcels

Imagine my dismay when i discovered that an overseas courier company had shipped my item via SAPO ... I nearly had a heart attack.

You recieved a parcel form Australia in within 5 days - you have had it for 10 days and done absolutely nothing, not that i am suprised.

The only thing you are famous for is your incompetence.

I emailed your customer care center (a term I use very loosely) and asked the wherabouts of:

ET ********** 45AU

Obviously I have not had any reply so I find myself having to kick and scream and complain to get some answers.

Does anybody there know what the @$%^ is going on ?

Disgusted (but not suprised)
