disgusting shoddy service

I went to Edenglen post office as I wanted to send a parcel to the UK. I was told it should take 5 -7 working days - that was on 26th October 2021 on the 27th as per the tracking it had been received and sent to International airport. On 5th November I was advised that it was to be dispatched - this was not through tracking but from another souce\the following week I was advised that it was leaving that evening and was given the flight no - I believe the plane arrived in Zurich the following day - I actually am not sure where it is know I cant pick up anything on the tracking other then parcel not found. I think I am given the run around with excuses of Covid - the new tracking is not been utilized for the general public - where is my parcel? what was I paying for the service is disgusting I will never use SA POST OFFICE again, nor will I recommend anyone use it
