Disgusting service no feedback

<p>I Posted a Parcel 2 months ago and it still hasnt arrived. I paid for postage that should have arrived within a month.</p> <p>I have contacted the customer service department via email and put in my tracking number in the subject line but they still reply and ask for the tracking number because they clearly dont take the time to read emails properly. I responded again with the tracking number and that was on the 18/05/2016 and I still have heard nothing.</p> <p>Pathetic pathetic pathetic. no wonder people choose to use other courier companies!</p>
