Disgusting service from South African Post Office

I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW TO NEVER, EVER USE THE POST OFFICE FOR DELIVERY! On October 3rd I went to the branch in Cape Town CBD, I was told my documents would be delivered by the 5th October, bear in mine, the delivery IS IN CAPE TOWN. Today, I STILL DO NOT KNOW WHERE THE DOCUMENTS ARE AS IT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED, the tracking on the website DOES NOT WORK, nor does the SMS system, NO ONE HAS REP**** TO MY NEARLY 20 emails and THEY NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, I don’t even think that number works because literally in total I have spent over 4 hours holding on.... Guys your service is PATHETIC!! I have used postnet before WITH NO HASSLES and should have and will continue to use them in future. Those are such important documents and I don’t even know what’s happening or where it is, DO NOT USE POST OFFICE DELIVERY
