Disgusting service from SA Post Office

SA Post Office - you are a JOKE!!! I have had a parcel sitting International PO for some 2-3 months now. I have tried every resource, contact number, email address but no-one ever responds or even picks up the phone. This is disgusting service as you reach a dead end wherever you turn. I have left a message for Paul Fouche, sent emails to ********** ********** ********** and ********** Not one of them has had the decency to respond and my messages have been read. All I ever hear from the local PO is that there is a back log due to the strike. Well apparently the strike is still on. Sick and tired of the bad service we get and we have to actually pay these people their salaries!!
