Disgusting service from SA post

My package IJ ********** 49ZA arrived in SA in January 2018. It got sent to Tshwane, Germiston and Witspos. Witspos did not send it to my post office in Sunninghill. The idiots put it in a container and sent it back to JIMC, where i assume it is STILL sitting. I have sent numerous emails to customer service, they don't reply. I have submitted a formal written complaint to ICASA. They have done nothing either. The state of the postal system is absolutely deplorable. Why should the public have to put up with this incompetence? So fed up with this.........
