Disgusting Service

Holy Smoke !! Over 6500 reviews and 99% is rated as pathetic ;Disgusted ; annoyed and everything that describes annoyed and Gatvol. Even with all these bad reviews ; the Post office services is still not prepared to change and up their services - how disgusting......real bunch of idiots. Time that the private sector shuts them down or even better - STEP Down , you got no clue what you are doing. I have been battling more than a week to track and trace a parcel which suddenly went off the grid and no one answers emails; customer phone doesn't work or doesn't exist - probably disconnected due to no payment. How pathetic that we all just accept it because that is the way SA is. Really if there is anyone with dignity in the company ; please can you contact us.
