Disgusting Service at Cape Mail Hub - Parcel stuck.

My international parcel (RV***CN) has been stuck at Cape Mail Hub in Epping for nearly over a month! This is insane, I saw that the package arrived in South Africa on the 25th of November. I'm seriously frustrated and angry. Nobody answers their phones or emails either. Disgusting service. Will I ever receive my parcel that I paid for??
