Disgusting service around Post office SA

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service at post office, I bought couple of thing from wish. Com, and I never received sms from Post office to say my parcels has arrived. When I went to enquire in Post office Marylane mall I was told I must wait for an SMS which I never received. I have been waiting for my parcels since February, only today I receive a call from the lady named Elsa from post office Boulders mall in Midrand checking why I never collected my parcels and some has been posted back. How do you post things back while I have been in and out the branch from February to be told wait for smses to say your parcels arrived now they ruined my business. Horrible service I wish the right people can be employed to actually do the job
