Disgusting service!!!

I have 2 parcels that have been stuck at the Johannesburg international mail centre from July...to this day I'm still waiting... they won't pick up the phone nor reply to emails... I really cannot understand how it takes less than a week for parcels that come from halfway across the globe to arrive in SA but you must wait almost 3 months for the parcel to be delivered only a couple of kilometres away...really what nonsense is this?... honestly now!
