disgusting service

I had parcel that was suppose to have been received in April already emailed head office they confirmed my parcel is on hand and ready to collect at the springs branch.When i get there they say the parcel is missed placed and they cant find,this went on for two weeks ,they either refund money ,find my parcel or this will be taken further.
