Disgusting service

<p>I have 2, parcels that have been sitting at "Johannesburg International Mail Center" , 1 parcel since the 7th April 2017 and the 2 since the 16th April 2017, according to the SA post tracking, these parcels are in transit and this status has been since 20th April. I have spoken to members at the call centre, what a joke, sent emails to ********** , what a joke, no response. Just what is going on there, people have paid for a service and no service is forthcoming. Come on Mr Mark Barnes, get to grips with your charge.</p>
