Disgusting really

Been standing waiting to be helped at Dorspruit Post Office near Parklane for nearly 45 mins only 1 person to help us and the Manager flat out rude as hell when you ask if he can assist as well. Blaming the public for his work load. Absolutely pathetic. Tells us to fill in complaint forms so he can get more staff. If you don't want to work **** off and ask someone who will be grateful to have the job. Useless service South Africa Exposed. This is a daily now and nothing has changed in the last few months. Complaint forms or none the attitude of the staff is disgusting.
