disgusting poor service

My parcel RG***CN arrived at customs on the 17/07/2015 and has left for the mailing hub on the 4/08/2015. So I want to know where it is as it should of been here by now and my Sandringham post office hasn't received any new international mail for 2 weeks now. WHATS GOING ON?
