Disgusting bad service

I went to Post Office Westgate Mall just find out how much i need to pay to renew my Vehicle licence disc. I got the most terrible, shocking bad service. The guy Mpilo gave me the most bad service ever. I arrived at 16:45 at the post office, i found already 5 people in a queue. Then came a lady and she closed the door since it was 17:00, i was still in a queue. When it was my turn to be helped, to my shock the guy refused to help me and told i arrived after they closed, i opened the door. Everybody was shocked and told the cashier I've been standing in the queue but the guy insisted the opened the door after they closed. I then asked if they can review the camera. Even the Lady (supervisor) gave me bad attitude, she told me theres no need to shout because I'm wasting time, they want to knock off? Where is customer service there? Very disgusting.

I'm really angry, the thought of someone to belittle me? Mpilo or whatever his name is, has bad attitude and the supervisor also. I dont think i will go back there.
