Disgusting attitude and service

Good day I feel I have to bring to attention the utter poor service received at the post office in sanlam centre, Parow by Beauty.. It's understandable that people's emotions are high with the sassa card issues going on but the way Beauty belittled her colleague was really shocking.. She shouted at him, got people rattled outside and then went inside of the post office and continued gossiping about her colleague to whoever was standing infront of her. I am sorry but someone like this does not deserve to service the elderly and citizens of South Africa.. I am truly disgusted by her attitude in which she spoke to my mother and the people around her.
