Disgusting and very poor service from service provice

I recently brought up a computer system from durban to johannesburg I must say I was very disappointed when I received the package it was so badly bashed up , there was no other place to put it but throwing it in the bin. When I spoke to the attendant at the post office they said that we supposed to specify what was being sent , I then told them that if we were ignorent not to say , and where was their professional courtesy of asking is what was being sent sent that it was a box and not just an envelope. The person who actually threw this box around showed no sense of responsibility as an employee and showed dinsulting regard to me as a client. I also took an insurance for the package whilst having it posted ,but yet again we get shot in the foot because now they say the insurance only covers the package if it was lost or ****** , how convenient and ethical. In my opinion the person who accepted this package ( post office )was supposed to have asked a certain amount questions concerning package before.

But maybe this is the way the country has become and this is how we run business by just passing the buck.

Concerned as too whether or not things will change , ,meaning getting worst than it already is.

Thanks to the post office I managed to transport a computer system from Durban to johannesburg at my cost only just to bin it. Wow what a load of hogwash.
