Disgusting!

Been waiting for a p****l from China ordered in on the 19th January. Try getting hold of JIMC wait hours before an agent becomes available on each number I tried! Finally got hold of the call centre which put me through to an agent. The agent told me that my p****l has been delivered to Norwood POST OFFICE! It was there since the 19 FEBRUARY (Which Im based in Sandton) so tried calling them for two days.. No one answers and the voicemail is to full to leave a message! So decided to go trough there during my lunch break! Well guess what my p****l is not there and then got told they cant track it. So I decided to phone Sandton post office and well surprise NO ANSWER there 2!
