Disgusted with the Joburg Mail Centre

I'm honestly so disgusted with our Post Office, especially the Joburg mail Centre. I have driven up and down more than 5 times trying to go collect my parcels. Each time they take my tracking number and tells me somebody is going to contact me. I have waited more than a month for parcels to clear and get to my Post Office. I run a business from home and I've got client's waiting for their parcels. It is ridiculous that we have to wait so long to get up parcels I have been there 5 times and they could not give me my parcels. I drive to the mail Centre tracking numbers and nothing gets done. Hi there somebody messages me or emails me to get the true sorted as soon as possible or I won't be ordering anything through the South African Post Office again. Disgusting and useless.
