Disgusted with Post Office Service

Good day all,

I would Just like to reflect my total discouragement with our local Postal Service. I ordered an item on 17/04/18 from the UK, and I still have not received the item. Obviously this is due to strikes, and most of the times when I call, if I can actually received a response, the systems are down. In addition to this, I am totally disgusted by the lacklustre attitude of local Post Office staff. Absolutely no ambition to try look happy, show some ambition, or willingness to truly assist. the I am in the process of completing a restoration on a motor vehicle, which was to be completed to attend a prestigious car show on 05 August 2018. This naturally was missed, I have now had to order a second set item in addition to the first one, and I am now paying a premium so that I have cer*****y that I actually receive an item, I should have received in the first place.....damn this is really poor service, as my tracking number has proved null and void in the bigger scheme of things.
