Disgusted Service

On the 25 July 2020 my daughter and I went to the post office at the greyville branch durban number 68 to collect our sassa covid19 social-relief grant.We arrived there after 9oclock knowing the post office closes at 1.The que was kind of long but we did not mind waiting just to be told by rudely lady by the door sanitising the customers hand that the post office is only will be taking 100)customers to pay.Bare in mind the closing at 1pm.So the people wait .It reaches 11:30 the rudely so call supervisor name Bernette comes out and says We no longer taking people we done a 100people.So the rest of the people where turned away.The supervisor and her rude staff have no customers ethics .So I asked her who's decision is this to onlh take 100people she replys its their kniwing that the people need their money.She says they only have money for a hundred people the question we asked her how does she know that when everyone getting are getting paid different amounts.She even said she not happy in her job its very stressful when we asks her does she enjoys her job cause it seem as if she don't want to do her job.This so wrong above all levels as people need this money to get turned away is sad.
