DISGUSTED IN THE LACK OF SERVICE

I first receive a notification that my parcel was un-deliverable (how I DONT KNOW as this was to a place of business), I then send someone through to collect but she gets turned away cause they need a copy of my ID. Then I send a driver who gets turned away because the ID isn't certified. Today I sent him again with my actual ID and they turn him away AGAIN saying that I need to be there!<br> ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE FROM OUR POST OFFICE!<br> CANNOT BELIEVE PEOPLE ARE PAID TO DO NOTHING!!!!<br> Easier to turn the customer away than get off your chair and help or make a plan!
