Disgusted by customer services

<p>Having problems with receiving my international parcel for past two months...and charging me insane customs fees....jhb post office customs services are delivering disgusting services...i phoned today and the customer service lady refuses to contact the post office where my parcel is at and refuses to handle the matter with the previous customer service operater as she confirms that she will not do it!!! </p>
