disgusted and angry

I've received notification via Sapo parcel tracking that my parcel is in detention at Jnb mail centre at the airport below on the application they've got options Call us ,E mail us track etc yet wen I phoned I was holding on for hours and the person put the phone down on the other side several times why do you employ people who don't want to work lazy to do their jobs and want big salaries I am going to continue to post my grievances until SA knows not to rely on Sapo
