Disgust in the service

I had a parcel sent to me in May from China, The post office has still not delivered this parcel to me. After over 60 emails and phone calls to find out where the parcel is they finally found it. It was even en route back to China as they said I did not collect it... (still waiting for the notification ). After all the email and phone calls they still want me to pay for the mail that was sent which I said that due to their negligence they can drop the costs which they were not prepared to do as they say its not their costs its SARS, but the parcel was never assessed by SARS..... scary.<br> Never use the post office for anything, Their service sucks, they don't book the parcels in so that it looks like it hasn't arrived in the country but its sitting in their warehouse or being sent back to the place of origin.
