Disgraceful Service, that basically does not exist.

Under the recommendation from my supplier in hluhluwe, I planned to ship a package from their office to me in Florida, USA. I paid R2500.00 for a small package for the EMS service, which according to their website is suppose to get to me in 4 business days. As you will see from tracking (#EE ********** 38ZA) it left Hluhluwe on 14th Nov and reached Durban EMS on 17th. Today is the 29th Nov and it is still sitting in Durban (12 days!!). I have attempted over the past few days to call Durban EMS, Jhb EMS, Customer Care - not once has any call been answered. In addition, I have emailed 13 different entities within the Post Office & EMS including, EMS Durban, EMS Jhb, PO customer care, PO Complaints - I have not one response. Their contact form on their website does not work. Is EMS A sham into duping the consumer that they actually provide an expedited service, which this is suppose to be? I have never encountered such horrific service (well should not be called service as none exists?) It is paramount that the Universal Postal Union is aware of my experience, which I plan to inform them of. Disgusted customer - Gary Stern
