Disgraceful and poor service at Plumstead 7800 SAPO!!!

I ordered a package from wish 5 months ago and yesterday i get an SMS stating i need to fetch a package its urgent. The package was due 2 months ago and i did not get a single notification about this package. My cousin went to fetch my package and the guy was giving attitude saying we have 1 thousand Wish packages waiting, i was just about to send this back. Not a single postal notification of this package and the last 2 i never got from Wish either. I still blamed Wish when is obvious they just want to send packages back without notification! Sapo is not doing very well, its dying. You would expect them to want to STAY RELEVANT in business, and with attitude and ethics like this, it a total disgrace. How will they handle SASSA when they don't care about service delivery, a key component of business. Wake up and have a urgent meeting with staff because poor Wish is getting tons of scorn on Hellopeter, whilst the lazy post office is actually prepared to send packages back because they expect us to telepathically know our package has arrived.
