Disgraceful

No only was my friends card cloned and my salary ******, now the systems are down, and she needs her pay she just recieved last week, Gee why cant she get to it, oh wait, your damn systems is down....<br> <br> As if she hasnt been through enough already... Everyone is going through tough times today, how do expect a single mother of 3 to feed her kids everyday... And no SORRY is not good enough... Sorry doesnt buy nappies or feed the kids... This is truly unacceptable, not only do i talk on behalf of my best friend. But on behalf of all the people who trusted you with their money. Can never get through to your call centre, just some stupid voice irritating you every few seconds while you wait over 20mins for someone to answer... <br> <br> You are a disappointment...... this is not right what is going on... Yet you let know one know whats going on.... <br> For anyone not being able to provide for their families because of you... its not like you gona provide their food tonight, and my friend has to look into her daughters eyes and explain the mess you made!!!! <br> <br> I am advising my friend to close the account as soon as she gets her money, coz no mother who works her ass off deserves this!!!
