Disgrace at Sapo

I've ordered a parcel from War stricken Ukraine and it took only 3 days to reach our s****. Now its been sitting there since 9 February. RG***UA

What a disgrace. I've called all the nu.bers available but just get transferred to someone else...that is if they even answer the phone. I've written at leady three times to customer.service customer. Services ax erll ad complaints. I've TO DATE NOT EVEN RECEIVED AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT ME EMAIL WAS EVEN OPENED, LET ALONE READ.

I DONT WANT A REPLY TELLING ME YOU ARE ECPETIENCING DELAYS. ITHAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM. I'VE PAID FOR THE SERVICE SO JUST DELIVER MY PARCEL. I DONT Want any apologies for any "inconvenience caused" THOSE ARE JUST WORDS AND THEY DONT PASSIFY ME. Just do the job you were paid to do. PLEASE, ESCALAYE THIS TO THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE PERSON WHO CAN ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING.
